HEIDI LEIGH

I guess that’s what I am, a girl who likes pretty pictures.”  These words spoken by Sandra Bullock in Hope Floats ring true to me every time I hear them.

From the time I was a little girl I loved taking pictures of anything that I could find, especially my friends and family.  I love capturing the moments that we all hope to remember forever, be it the day you say I do or the arrival of a new addition to your family.

All of these things are a celebration of love and there is nothing I would rather do than create photographs that convey that love.

Heidi Leigh is available for wedding commissions in Colorado, South Carolina and worldwide destinations.

Portrait commissions available in Colorado Springs and Denver, CO and other areas throughout CO and SC based on availability.

Sometimes when I am ready to go out on the town or just start my day, I like to take photobooth pics of myself with my Mac!:)I love my family with every fiber of my being. I have the coolest dog in the world named Hunter, he thinks he is a human and is the greatest athlete I have ever seen, oh yea and if he likes you he will nibble your ears! I have lived all over the country and have a hard time settling down. Likewise, I feel like I am pretty good at quite a few things but couldn’t really focus on one until now…my love for photography combines my love of people and my passion for creating art(I can’t draw or paint). I hate putting back on a pair of already worn socks…yuck! My brother and I were born on the same day two years apart, which apparently gave my mother license to dress us as twins. I used to be a safari guide in Disney World, Jambo everyone! I spent two summers living in Denali National Park, Alaska. I am a southern girl who can’t seem to stay away from the mountains. I have a love for Africa and its people that runs deep within my soul, but I have never stepped foot on the continent. Jesus is pretty awesome and I hope that my life can be a reflection of his love. As far as character qualities go my greatest strengths are also my greatest weaknesses. I think that laughter and music truly are the best medicines. Oh and ANTHROPOLOGIE of course!

I wear my heart on my sleeve.

Welcome to my Blog!:)
