There are many things that I am thankful for but this year I am especially thankful for finding my true passion and the development of Heidi Leigh Photography. I have the most amazing clients...

hannah - heidi, this shot is amazing. makes me happy to know your family a little.

Saturday morning in downtown Colorado Springs with a couple of Brides and some fun photographers!

Have you ever walked down the street and seen a bride/couple/random people being followed by a bunch of photographers?  You are probably thinking it must be a famous person.  Those of you who live in Colorado Springs know that celebrity sightings here are well….few and far between.   So chances are it is a photography workshop. ...

Kristi Crosson - Heidi these look great! I especially love the ones of Destiny! And the one of us in Starbucks is pretty funny too. It looks like a papparazzi shot!

You will probably recognize this family.  I photographed them last spring and it was a joy to get to spend the morning with them recently at Monument Valley Park!   Sam and Sarah are such an amazing couple and they have such beautiful children.  As per usual I have way to many photos to fit into...

Monique and Andrew Engagement Fox Run Park Cont.*Colorado Springs Wedding Photographer

You might remember my last post when I introduced Monique and Andy.  Well as I mentioned Andy’s attitude and facial expressions started out like the photo on the left and his love for his future wife brought out his other side on the right.  I adore this couple and had an absolute blast.  Highlights of...

mediageek - I really dig the piggyback ride pictures, I like the levity it brings to something that’s usually kind of somber.

Also, really like the ones with the waning light and the lens flare. Good stuff.

hannah - these are awesome – what a cute couple. and i have no IDEA what mediageek is talking about – as far as engagement pics being somber. but anyways, way to be creative! i love how your pictures always are unique to the subjects in them. you do a great job at capturing the unique personalities and relationships of your picture people. we never had any engagement pictures taken. looking at yours make me wish we would have.
