Hiring a Wedding Photographer*Colorado Springs Wedding Photographer

I recently went to a bridal show as the official photographer for the Antler’s Hilton…what a blessing to be asked to be a part of it.  Since I didn’t really have my own booth I just decided to take a different approach. I am not a “sales” person by any means.  The bottom line is I love photography and I LOVE weddings.  So I decided to share with the brides what they should be looking for in a wedding photographer.  I had my four or five basic things and would share those with them.  Low and behold yesterday(month’s later) I come across two different articles that were VERY interesting.  One that really addresses what I was talking about.  So if you are interested check out Five Myths about Wedding Photography and 3 Mistakes to avoid when Hiring a Wedding Photographer.   I promise you will get some answers to lingering questions.  And please feel free to let me know if you have any more questions!!

Well I have been working really hard with the holidays right around the corner.  Doing family portrait sessions, designing christmas cards, placing orders, prepping for the 2010 wedding year, etc. etc. etc.  I have quite a few fun post coming up so stay tuned.  Since every post is better with a photo I have attached a photo(from one of the upcoming sessions to be blogged).  This was a just because session with my photographer friend Monica and her husband Jeremy.  Since I am taking their christmas card photos tomorrow and Monica is taking mine….there will be alot more where this came from.  But in the mean time I L.O.V.E. this shot!
