Wilmer Family Photos @ Garden of the Gods*Colorado Springs Portrait Photographer

I am pretty sure I have said this one thousand times but I will say it one thousand more….I love my job!  I love everything about being a photographer.  But most importantly I love the blessing of meeting new families and being given the opportunity to capture them in a way that is a reflection of their life and love for one another.  I recently had the opportunity to photograph the Wilmer family at Garden of the Gods here in Colorado Springs.  As they are getting ready to move out east for a couple of years, they realized they wanted some family pictures in a place that is very special to them.  Mom and Dad were so sweet and their love for each other was evident.  The little boy was an absolute joy and got into everything. He made me laugh so many times throughout the evening.  I often tell my clients “1 more shot” and oh by the way when I saw 1 I mean fifty. (I shoot fast and a lot of images very quickly).  This little boy was on to me and when I said one more he would hold me to it.  His response was always, “Miss Heidi you said 1 more!  That was one!”   What a cutie.
